A US based company is looking for “Technical Support Executives”.
Applicant should have the following abilities:
1- Strong Communication Skills both (Verbal and Non-Verbal)
2- American or Neutral Accent
3- Support Experience (US Based Campaign) would be a plus
4- Basic Knowledge of Accounting Software i.e. QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Xero, etc. would be a plus
5- Can work in Bi-Night Shifts (9:00 pm till 5:00 am PKT)
6- Proactive in identifying and solving technical problems
Remuneration:
